Tiredness After Eating Diabetes

Any doctors out there? Question of diabetes.?

Many members of my family suffer from diabetes, and I fear that I might have. I have a few symptoms like excessive thirst, fatigue, etc. I'm doing the test, but I was wondering. If I do this to have, since I caught early in life, could I eat pretty healthy and movement better reduce the risk of its escalation, or being obliged to take medication for that? Or is it not possible. And if I do not turn from it, you can reduce the risk of me get it? Just curious. I do not know not much.

Many people who are diabetic or pre-diabetes (non-diabetics, but likely to become diabetic if they do not change not eat their habits) are able to completely control their diabetes through diet and exercise. There are some wonderful cookbooks here w / excellent little or no sugar recipes (including desserts) and w / the most terrific free sugar foods because they have now, you should be able to manage your blood sugar and w / out drugs if you put your mind to it. Good for you to jump on him before it's a big problem. Although chance
