I recently attended the Dr. Bernstein diet and I'm bored. Most recipes in the book are extremely complicated and I do not have enough time or money for ingredients. I was wondering if someone is attentive to food and they have new ideas to the plan extremely limited.
I am diabetic type 1, so My main question is to watch the carbs. But if you are type 1 and want a good no-carb food that fills I suggest rolls ham cheese pickle. basically take a piece of ham, place a piece of cheese at one end, then place lengthwise along the brine cheese, roll and everything Munch. If you want to save it for later, you can cut it into small pieces by size sporking through with a toothpick
