Flu Diabetes Type 1
Monday, March 8th, 2010Not sure of having the flu jab tomorrow?
I have had type 1 diabetes for 14 years and I never had the vaccine against influenza but I decided to do so this year because last year I caught the flu and I was really sick and I do want to go through this again. I am quite afraid of vaccination against influenza, however, and I'm kind of having second thoughts. And if I am a reaction to this product or something. I heard that people who have never had it was fine and then once they had the Joint influenza, they really bad
You should be aware that there are people posting on Yahoo Answers who have any interest in convincing others that they need for a vaccine against influenza. You indicate that because you have a bad case of flu last year you decided to get the vaccine this year. You know you'd be getting two shots, right? All proponents of the vaccine will tell you it is safe. They follow the protocol of conventional Western medicine without taking into account potential unknown. They say there is no evidence that there is some risk associated vaccine (but they certainly precautions for pregnant women, and whether this cohort is aware or not, they do not need a prescription to get influenza vaccine.), but you have to do the right test to find evidence. The company that manufactures the vaccine may also lay the data that could be concerned. They finance their own research. In addition to this, the CDC claims really counts pharmaceutical industries. So, what they mean when they that the vaccine is "safe" or the best protection is not so clear that people like nurses and other health workers will tell you. Here is a more objective look at the value of the vaccine: A person received vaccination against influenza in healthy. The vaccine has been detected by the system immune to the person for several days and memory cells and T-cells coded for the pathogen so that when the person meets viruses influenza in the environment the immune system is already prepared for it (because a healthy immune system). But people administering The vaccine usually get flu-like symptoms (so-called "side effects"), including headaches, muscle aches, fatigue, fever which can last several days. The vaccine contains a substance toxic and controversial mercury called Thimerosal, if you do not request thimerosal-free type (and you never know if you're really really Getting It). You also have to pay about $ 30 for the vaccine against seasonal flu, then another $ 30 for H1N1. So, before you believe the vaccine is the "best" thing to do, you should know there are actually advantages and disadvantages. Person B decided not to get vaccinated against influenza. If this person is relatively healthy, and then comes into contact with the strain of the flu ALL the symptoms contracting influenza will begin. Same as the side effects listed above for the vaccine. If that person begins to relax, get a good nutrition is not stressed, etc, the immune system of the person responds to the pathogen without having the antibodies yet. Then that the person experiences as "sick" with the flu, if the person is sufficiently immune system is still work to antigens. H1N1 is not superfluous to resistant virus. This person will get anywhere from 5-14 days, less time if the person recognizes the symptoms of the flu, then begins to care. Much longer if the person continues to work and suffered too much physical or mental stress. This statement is Half-truth: "The inactivated virus can not reproduce any more than any other dead body. And thus, the reaction is temporary. You will continue to produce antibodies until 2 weeks later you have enough product to have immunity. "WHY: Vaccination against influenza is not 100% effective, and it probably is because the vaccine can not "boost" the immune system is weakened. It is also one reasons why they say that healthy people should receive the vaccine. If you're healthy but then go through a period of sleep deprivation, poor nutrition, or a lot of stress symptoms of influenza may resurface again, even if you received the flu and recovered. Simply because the inactivated virus can not reproduce does not) your body will not respond with similar flu-like symptoms (which they call "Side effects") for several days, and b) nasal spray contains live virus H1N1 (they call it "weak"), which is why people are typically a runny nose for days after the nasal spray is administered. Virtually any promoter vaccine admit that there is no guarantee that in any batch of some vaccine vials May contain live virus that can certainly happen again in good conditions. the "side effects" of the vaccine are only temporary? Guess what? Having the flu is temporary. H1N1 You can recover from anywhere from 5-14 days if you take care of yourself instead of doing what most people they claim they are not sick. they force themselves to go to work or school. THAT is why they get worse. This is not because they have received the vaccine. If you get enough rest and feeding your body can develop its own antibodies flu naturally.
