Headache and vision loss during pregnancy?

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. Earlier in pregnancy, about 20 weeks, I spent about a week in which each period of two days I lose vision in one eye, I had similar symptoms before pregnancy that migraine without headache. It was like clockwork, it would happen every day and every night, early AM around 2-3am. Well, it happened again unexpectedly yesterday. I was driving home from work and had blurred vision. I got home, took Tylenol and took a nap. I woke and was very well for several hours, I've never had a headache. I woke again at 2:00 with a headache. I took 2 extra strength Tylenol and had headaches disappear after 2 hours of uncomfortable poses in her bed. I have been tested for diabetes, high / low blood pressure, etc. .. with nothing but a "migraine" diagnosis. My question is, is there anyone which experienced something similar?? It's driving me nuts!

I am in no way shape or form a doctor, but based on personal items. Experiment 1, two. Vision loss may be a sign of blood pressure, which can occur during pregnancy. They even have a special name for HBP occurs during pregnancy, but I do not remember now 2.If you had migraines before pregnancy said anything you did during pregnancy. In any case, you should ask your GP about this ASAP, and do not forget to check with your OB / GYN about which drugs you should take.
