I am in the Middle Ages with Guy de normal cholesterol, no diabetes and normal biochemistry. I had some streets blocked for years and yet I managed to really no chest pain or suffering. Last year – a car ran me and I had a lot of blood loss and entered into cardiac shock of impact – & – had a massive heart attack, which they destroyed vast areas of my heart muscle. Since the accident, I breathe with pant if it's cold outside, or if I'm anxious. These are only symptoms of a heart attack. I refuse to bypass – they recognize that there remain away for a few years and then re-obstruction. I was told that there is no cure, medicine or anything that is committed to repair severely damaged my heart muscle that give me .- symptoms. My ejection fraction is greater than 50%. Before attack I had no chest pain, I walked freely, climbed the stairs. etc.etc. I was also told that my body created excellent collateral vessels to feed my heart, what hope do I have?
Hello Danny, Sorry to hear about your diagnosis, but fortunately there is much you can do to improve your condition simply through diet, exercise and supplements. I agree with the view web based mail Nanas. I read this before and research, and I think the extra regiman described in the web view to be of great value. Do keep an eye on your cholesterol if you take this regiman because research indicates that Lysine has been shown to raise cholesterol in some individuals. In addition to vitamin C, lysine and proline regiman, I strongly recommend that you consider the program to reverse heart disease as prescribed by Dr. Dean Ornish. Of course, this does not bring back the heart muscle that was damaged during your heart attack, but it can greatly improve your Cardio Vascular Health. His plan is that you eat a vegeatrian no cholesterol low fat diet, exercise and regular daily and control problems of stress in your life. I believe that the program requires is the most important change you need to do in your life if you want to avoid invasive procedures. You can find info. on the Web or check your local bookstore as he has written several books on the subject. I saw the difference that diet and changes in lifestyles have made the lives of people with heart disease and have only heard good things from those who have stuck to Dr. Ornish plan. Many who suffer symptoms of angina found that by following the plan who have symptoms disappeared in a short time or at least significantly decreased. Most people do not have the willpower to make such dynamic changes in the life there, even if lives are at stake. I hope you will consider, as this change in lifestyle might help you avoid and invasive procedure. I am not a fan of procedures invasisve me, but do consider your doctors advice. You may want to consult a different physician, who is more open minded other ways to improve your heart health. Above all, remember always that you are empowered to improve your health by making changes in diet and lifestyle, and that these changes are often more effective than regimans suggested by most doctors. If you want more info. or insight please feel free to email me. Good luck to you.
