Reactive Hypoglycemia Diabetes
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010Dizzy after exercise.?
I do not understand why every day I exercise for an hour, then later I would get dizzy and light headed. I drink water also during and after exercise. I was told by my doctor that I have reactive hypoglycemia. She told me to exercise every day. And if I did what she said. I cannot stand the vertigo is very frustrating. And I often feel weak. She told me that if I did not exercise that I would turn to be diabetes. So what do I do if I keep feeling dizzy and how do I have if I still feel that way. The morning I woke up feeling fine. Then, after exercise and symptoms occur. Help me please. Thank you

Try yogurt or (perhaps) fruit. Your body has a control problem of sugar. Stop eat "sometimes" and start (the very ugly appointed) to pasture. Eat low-sugar, low in fat and carbohydrates, healthy eating permanently. Never let yourself really hungry, like OMG I'm starving! kind of thing. Eat several small meals a sensitive lot. It will
