Metallic Taste In Mouth Diabetes
Is it possible for a diabetic to gain weight?
The last 2 months or so I had a metallic taste in the mouth than I thought that could be diabetes. The last 2 months I have also gained a pound or 2 a week. Could I have diabetes and I am gaining weight because of this?
the only way to know if you have diabetes is to go see a doctor and get a glucose tolerance test.there no other way. I am diabetic and I had no symptoms, but I have other problems and they tested me. weight gain can occur with diabetes but also other things. and the metallic taste in the mouth, I do not know what might cause, but the only way to know is to obtain a test of glucose tolerance. ask your docor for one or go to the doctor and explain what was happening and he or she will order the test if believe that it is deemed necessary
