Diagnosing Diabetes Hba1c

Someone help me please … I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes yesterday.?

I been diagnosed with pre-diabetes yesterday. My blood sugar is in a normal range, but the site level. My A1C reading is within the range normal. It is 5.8. I braid protein in my urine test and my blood pressure is not adequately control. If I work, my blood arterial site has a very high reading as 160/100 mmHg. If I do not work and have some rest at home, reading is very normal. Can anyone please tell me what I can do now? I am not on any medication now. I even went to donate blood the last 2 weeks and I did not feel anything. Any good idea to bring my condition back to normal?

Most people with pre-diabetes can reverse the condition through diet (avoiding foods high in sugar and refined carbohydrates), weight loss (if the target currently overweight 10% loss of current weight) and exercise (accumulation time and level of activity over several weeks if you are fairly inactive now brisk walking for 30 minutes or more per day is good). really take it seriously. My father had a pre-diabetes did not change his diet / Activity and now Full Blown Type 2 diabetes. He is still reluctant to take care of him and began to suffer serious consequences. You may return but they have to spend and take it seriously.
