Diabetes Videos
My niece, aged 10 years do not take seriously his diabetes ….?
I try to find a video / documentary on the dangers of not taking his diabetes seriously. It does seem to be bothered by it and can not move her head that when she is on this she eats and how much insulin is on board, she is slowly dying. Any ideas on where I can find a video? It is the point where I think she needs to get a little scared.
She has 10 years, thats why. I was diagnosed at 16 years and do not take it seriously. I hated having discussed with my parents and never really cared for me. It was not until I matured on my own and realized how important it was and how I felt much better when I actually put effort into it. Now im at the top of my game and better shape than ever. Yes, it hurt his body by not taking seriously but not literally kill themselves right now. It takes several years gross negligence to cause a fatal outcome. I was constantly up and down for years. Now I'm in control and on 13 years of being type 1 Ive never had a real complication and all goes well for me. But thats my body. It must be reconciled with her about herself. It is a lifestyle, not a chore.
